How it works
Guided Home doesn't replace Microsoft Dynamics 365. It connects to it. Your team keeps working in the tools they know. Guided Home adds the governance layer: capturing evidence, tracking responsibility, and surfacing the right information to buyers, homeowners, and site teams at the right moment.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration is live in production today. It connects in minutes using your existing credentials, with no changes to how your Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment is configured.
Talk to us about Microsoft Dynamics 365Dynamics 365 is purpose-built for sales and customer relationship management: pipelines, contacts, cases, and opportunity tracking. But the moment keys are handed over to a buyer, the CRM record needs to become an assurance record. Homeowner defect reports, aftercare queries, and post-completion inspections don't live naturally in Dynamics, and your sales teams shouldn't be fielding customer care queries through a CRM. Guided Home fills this gap: it's the customer-facing assurance layer that picks up where Dynamics 365 finishes, and the integration keeps both sides synchronised without anyone having to do it manually.
The integration is bidirectional and event-driven. When a defect is raised in Guided Home — whether by a homeowner through their portal, by a customer care manager during an aftercare inspection, or by a site manager during a pre-completion walkthrough — it automatically creates a corresponding case record in the linked Dynamics 365 environment. When the Dynamics case status changes, the update flows back to Guided Home. No manual updates. No export-and-import. No reconciliation calls.
Buyer contacts and account records sync between Guided Home and Dynamics 365 using cross-system reference IDs that keep records linked throughout the property lifecycle. Plot status and buyer journey stages stay aligned as homeowners progress through handover, snagging, and aftercare. Activity records created in Guided Home — notifications, milestone completions, inspection outcomes — appear on the relevant buyer record in Dynamics 365, so your CRM team always has an accurate picture of where each homeowner is in the post-sale journey.
The integration connects using your existing Dynamics 365 credentials via OAuth. No changes to your Dynamics environment, entity configuration, or user access are required. Connection takes minutes. Once live, Dynamics contacts and opportunities can be linked to Guided Home buyer records individually or in bulk. Per-tenant configuration means each organisation's Dynamics credentials are stored in isolation, with no shared infrastructure between clients.
